“Kiwi” refers to the AI content platform — including Content Studio, Voice Studio, agent chat, and connectors. “User” means any individual or organization that creates an account or uses the service. “Agent” is the AI assistant that acts on user instructions and connected data. “Content Studio” is the workspace for generating posts, images, and video with AI. “Connector” is a secure integration with third-party services such as Instagram or other enabled platforms.

By creating an account, signing in, or using Kiwi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Users under 18 require lawful guardian supervision.

Kiwi provides AI content tools (Content Studio and Voice Studio), agent chat, and third-party connectors in one platform. We may update features to improve security and quality. Availability may vary by subscription plan and connector status.

You are responsible for accurate registration data, keeping credentials secret, and all activity under your account. Report unauthorized access immediately. Fake identities or rights violations are prohibited.

Use the service only for lawful business purposes. Prohibited: spam, illegal activity, bypassing connector limits, unauthorized data scraping, infrastructure abuse, or using the agent for fraud, hate speech, or deceptive content.

Third-party connections require your explicit authorization. Kiwi accesses data only within approved scopes. You are responsible for connector configuration and compliance with connected platforms’ policies.

Paid plans are billed as published on the website. AI wallet top-ups and token purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Late payment may result in service limits or suspension.

Kiwi branding, UI, and code belong to the service provider. User-submitted content remains yours. You grant us a limited license to process data solely to deliver the service.

The service is provided “as is.” AI outputs may require human review. Kiwi is not liable for business decisions, indirect damages, lost profits, or misconfiguration of connectors by users.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, suspicious activity, or lawful requests. You may delete your account anytime from settings. Data is retained or deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms. The new version is posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
