Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Introduction
Kiwi is committed to your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it.
Data We Collect
Account info: name, email, phone (if provided). Usage data: login logs, AI token usage, chat history, and studio generations. Connector data: information you explicitly connect via OAuth/API (for example social accounts and related content). Technical data: browser type, IP, essential cookies, and device info for security.
How We Use Data
Data is used to deliver the service, run agent tasks, improve quality, provide support, billing, and security. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train public models without explicit consent.
Connector Data
Data from active connectors (such as Instagram and other approved integrations) is processed only for tasks you request. You can disconnect anytime. After disconnection, new access stops; cached data is deleted or anonymized per retention policy.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. After deletion, personal data is removed within a reasonable period (typically 90 days) unless law requires longer retention. Security logs may be kept for a limited additional period.
Security
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access, environment isolation, and security monitoring. No system is 100% secure—use strong passwords and minimal connector permissions.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Use account settings or contact support. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if unsatisfied.
Third Parties
Data may be shared with infrastructure providers (hosting, payments, AI models) only as needed to deliver the service, under confidentiality and minimum-access agreements.
Policy Changes
This policy may be updated. The latest date is shown at the top. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
